Our Story
I've always had a passion for fishing and a desire to help others. After years of dreaming while working as a public servant, I decided in 2018 to pursue my goals rather than settling for being just another charter company. I wanted to influence those I met while giving back on a larger scale. Through prayer and supplication, Rising Son Expeditions, LLC was established in 2019.
Call to Action
In 2025, I developed the concept "Fishing For a Cause" — raising financial assistance through auctions, raffles, donations, and direct bookings to support local nonprofits serving kids and the outdoors community.

Sciaenops ocellatus
The crown jewel of inshore fishing. Redfish (Red Drum) are powerful fighters found in the shallow grass flats and marshes of Choctawhatchee Bay. Known for their signature copper-bronze color and the distinctive black spot near their tail.

Cynoscion nebulosus
