1. Booking & Payment

All charter bookings require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due on the day of your trip. By completing a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Cancellation Policy

• 72+ hours before trip: Full refund of deposit
• 48–72 hours before trip: 50% refund of deposit
• Less than 48 hours before trip: No refund of deposit
• No-shows: Full trip price is charged

3. Weather & Safety Cancellations

Rising Son Expeditions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to unsafe weather conditions. In the event of a weather cancellation initiated by us, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or may reschedule at no additional charge. The captain's determination of unsafe conditions is final.

4. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Fishing and water-based activities involve inherent risks. By booking a charter, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You agree that Rising Son Expeditions, its captains, and crew are not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during the charter, except in cases of gross negligence. All guests must follow the captain's instructions at all times.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Arrive at the designated launch point on time
• Disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation
• Ensure all minors are accompanied by a responsible adult
• Comply with all applicable Florida fishing regulations
• Treat the captain, crew, and equipment with respect

6. Fishing License

The captain's license covers all guests aboard our chartered vessels. No individual Florida saltwater fishing license is required while fishing from our boat during the charter.

7. Photography & Media

By booking a charter, you grant Rising Son Expeditions permission to photograph or video your trip for use in marketing materials, social media, and our website. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify the captain before departure.

8. Alcohol & Conduct

Guests may bring alcohol for personal consumption in moderation. The captain reserves the right to terminate a trip if any guest is intoxicated, disruptive, or poses a safety risk. No refund will be issued in such cases.
