Captain James
A devoted family man and believer who has been involved in the outdoors for over 50 years, Captain James has hunted and fished in numerous areas in the southeast. When he is not on the water, he enjoys hunting, making custom turkey calls, and tending to his farm. As a member of the Rising Son Expeditions team, Captain James brings a wealth of knowledge to the table while fishing out his 2017 Carolina Skiff DLV 22 paired with a 115 Yamaha.
His vessel is capable of handling up to 6 passengers on kid’s trips, and his saltwater license limits him to 4 adult anglers on other trips. His primary fishing targets are trout and redfish, but he will fish the hot bite if neither is cooperating. He pairs well with anybody and likes nothing more than seeing his guests smile, laugh, and experience success. After fishing with him, you will have a friend for life.
